Fees

The hourly fee for the mediation services is $300/hour and payment is required at the end of the mediation, by way of cash, check, credit/debit card, or Venmo. There is a 2-hour minimum fee. This fee will be shared equally between the parties. Each party will be responsible for one-half of the total fee unless the parties have otherwise agreed in writing prior to mediation. The hourly fee applies to all time spent by the mediator in activities related to the completion of mediation. Such activities include, but are not limited to, convening mediation to meet with the parties, reviewing documents, research, telephone calls, email correspondence, and document preparation.
